Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Brilliant Finish Financial Group website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions My Brilliant Finish Financial Group Effective Date: October 3, 2026 These terms explain the use of MBF’s website, consultation bookings and digital products. Additional services may require a separate written agreement defining the work, fees, authorizations and applicable cancellation rights. Services and Consultation Scope MBF provides financial literacy and credit education, consulting, business credit and capital preparation, AI and automation services, workshops, speaking and partnerships. Consultation fees cover the appointment described on the booking page. Detailed audits, advance document analysis, dispute-letter preparation, system implementation and ongoing support are separate services unless expressly included in the written service description. Additional work is separately scoped and priced before you agree to proceed. Education and Results Our website and educational resources provide general information. Individual consulting is limited to the services agreed upon. MBF’s services do not create an attorney-client relationship or replace advice from a licensed attorney, tax professional or investment adviser. We do not guarantee credit-score increases, removal of accurate credit information, financing approval, particular lending terms or specific financial results. Decisions made by CRAs, creditors, lenders and other third parties are outside MBF’s control. Client Participation Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and share only information you are authorized to provide. You remain responsible for your financial decisions, payments, applications and deadlines. Working with MBF does not suspend obligations to creditors or extend legal deadlines. Access to credit files and discussion of another participant’s financial information require appropriate authorization. Fees and Payments Consultation and digital product prices are displayed before purchase. Fees for additional services are provided separately before you agree to that work. Payments are currently processed through Square. Applicable payment-processing terms also apply. Payment timing for services subject to specific legal requirements will follow those requirements. Cancellations and Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or requesting to reschedule. If you contact MBF before your appointment begins, even with less than 24 hours’ notice, your request will not count as a missed appointment or use your one replacement opportunity. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A requested date or time is not confirmed until MBF sends confirmation. Missed Paid Appointments If you do not attend and have not contacted MBF before the scheduled start time, the appointment is considered missed. You may request one replacement appointment by emailing itsyourturn@mybrilliantfinish.com with your preferred dates and times. MBF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request within available business hours. If you miss both the original paid appointment and its replacement, MBF will no longer accept appointment bookings from you, subject to applicable law and obligations under existing agreements. Missed Complimentary Appointments If you miss a complimentary appointment without advance notice, you may reschedule once. If you also miss the replacement appointment, MBF will no longer accept appointment bookings from you, subject to applicable law and obligations under existing agreements. Refunds Consultation fees and digital product purchases are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling an appointment does not automatically entitle you to a refund. This policy does not override statutory cancellation rights or MBF’s obligations when a purchased service or product is not provided. Digital Products and Intellectual Property Digital products provide educational information. Purchasing a digital product does not include individual consulting or ongoing assistance unless expressly stated. Unless a separate license provides otherwise, purchased materials are for your personal use or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them without written permission from MBF. Website content and materials owned by MBF are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Contact MBF if you experience a download or access problem. Couples Consultations Both participants must complete the separate joint financial discussion authorization before personal financial information is discussed together. Each participant authorizes discussion of their own information in the other participant’s presence. Booking a joint appointment does not, by itself, authorize access to the other person’s credit file. Recordings and Privacy MBF records and transcribes Zoom consultations with participants’ consent. If a participant declines, recording and transcription will stop. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information. Recording consent, credit-access authorizations and marketing choices are handled separately from acceptance of these terms. Third-Party Websites and Services Our website may link to third-party resources or use third-party platforms. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not, by itself, constitute MBF’s endorsement. MBF does not control third-party website content or availability. Changes to These Terms Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes do not automatically alter an existing signed service agreement. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required. Your Legal Rights Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision conflicts with applicable law, that law controls. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that accurate, current and verifiable adverse information can lawfully be removed merely because the information negatively affects a consumer's credit profile. ### Section 3.3 — Consumer's Independent Rights. Consumers may obtain information concerning their consumer reports and may dispute information they believe to be inaccurate or incomplete directly with applicable consumer reporting agencies without retaining BFFG. Nothing in these Terms is intended to suggest otherwise or to interfere with a consumer's independent statutory rights. ### Section 3.4 — Independent Third Parties. A Client shall provide information that is truthful and accurate to the best of the Client's knowledge. A Client shall not knowingly request that BFFG submit, facilitate or participate in a statement that the Client knows to be false. ### Section 5.3 — Prohibited Conduct. BFFG reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in activity it reasonably believes to be unlawful, fraudulent or materially deceptive. --- ## ARTICLE VI ## FUNDING AND FINANCIAL READINESS ### Section 6.1 — Independent Underwriting. Banks, credit unions, lenders, financing companies and other providers independently determine their underwriting standards. Education concerning financial or funding readiness does not constitute approval, preapproval or a commitment to lend. ### Section 6.2 — No Authority Over Lenders. Unless expressly and accurately disclosed otherwise, BFFG does not act as the underwriting department of an independent lender and cannot compel a lender to approve an application, extend credit or offer particular terms. ### Section 6.3 — Client Decisions. A Client is solely responsible for determining whether to apply for, accept or decline a financial product and for reviewing all rates, fees, repayment terms, collateral requirements and contractual obligations before accepting financing. --- ## ARTICLE VII ## PROFESSIONAL ADVICE LIMITATIONS ### Section 7.1 — No Legal Advice. Where applicable law requires disclosure concerning the generally expected result, limited applicability of a testimonial, material connection between an endorser and BFFG, or another material circumstance, such disclosure should be made clearly and conspicuously in connection with the applicable representation. A general statement that “results vary” is not intended to substitute for a more specific disclosure when applicable law requires one. --- ## ARTICLE XII ## FEES, BILLING AND PAYMENT ### Section 12.1 — Prices.
