Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, please review our policy below: Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, your appointment will be considered missed, and you will need to reschedule. Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once at no cost to you, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Paid Rescheduling: Any reschedule requests made after the free reschedule or without 24 hours’ notice will incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you forfeit the session, and a rescheduling fee will apply for booking a new time.
