A 30-minute consultation to discuss your money, credit and goals for purchasing a home or investment property. Bring your questions, and we’ll discuss your priorities, next steps and how MBF can support you. Fees for additional services are discussed separately.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, please review our policy below: Grace Period: A 7-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, your appointment will be considered missed, and you will need to reschedule. Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once at no cost to you, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Paid Rescheduling: Any reschedule requests made after the free reschedule or without 24 hours’ notice will incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you forfeit the session, and a rescheduling fee will apply for booking a new time.
